- The City Tour runs from Tuesday to Sunday at 10.30 am, 12 noon, 2.30 pm and 4 pm.
- The Belfry tour is available by booking every day at 10.00.
- The City Tour and the Belfry tour are free for children under 6, subject to prior booking by calling +33 (0)3 59 57 94 00.
- Please arrive 15 minutes early at the Palais Rihour, Place Rihour, for the City Tour departure.
- To access the Belfry, ring the bell at the large wooden door at its base, on Place Simon Vollant.
